Thank you for shopping with Emyoko Art. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busy periods, such as shop updates, conventions or seasonal holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times begin once your parcel has been dispatched. These are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur within the postal network.

Please allow additional time for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote areas of the UK.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at emyokoart@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once your order has been processed.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at emyokoart@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the delivery information and help investigate the issue with Royal Mail where appropriate.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at emyokoart@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue where possible, so that we can help resolve the problem.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request has been accepted.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
