Refund policy
We hope that you love your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns
To be eligible for a return under our 14-day returns policy, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging where possible. You will need to provide your order number or another form of proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email emyokoart@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your parcel.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost during return delivery.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at emyokoart@gmail.com and include your order number and a photograph of the issue where possible.
We will review the problem and arrange a suitable resolution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Personalised, custom-made or specially commissioned items
- Gift cards
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
UK and European Union Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you normally have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you should return the item within 14 days.
Some products are excluded from this right, including personalised or custom-made items. Your item should be returned in the condition in which it was received. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if its value has been reduced by unnecessary handling.
Refunds
We will email you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, as your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
